BUNKIE GENERAL HOSPITAL, BGH RURAL HEALTH CLINIC, BGH FAMILY CARE CLINIC do not exclude services or benefits to any person on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age, religion, inability to pay or on the basis of disability in admissions to, participation in, or receipt of the services or benefits under any of its programs and activities, whether carried out directly by BGH, BGH providers or through a contractor or any other entity with which arranges to provide its services.

Bunkie General Hospital and its clinics are located in and treats patients from a federally designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA). BGH and its clinics use a discounted/sliding fee schedule (see below) to ensure that no one who is unable to pay will be denied access to services, and this discount is applicable to all individuals and families with annual incomes at or below 200 percent of the most current Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG).
