Visitor Policy
Masks are optional for patients, visitors and employees in most areas, except for those working with our most immunocompromised patients or patients suspected of having respiratory communicable conditions.
Anyone wishing to wear a mask is encouraged to do so.
Emergency Room
- One (1) visitor over the age of 18 at a time
- Visitor(s) may or may not be able to wait in the waiting areas due to social distancing limitations during a pandemic
Inpatient, Observation, & Swing Bed
- Two (2) visitors over the age of 18 at a time.
- One (1) visitor over the age of 18 is allowed to remain overnight.
Visitation Hours
- 7:00 AM - 8:00PM
Patients requiring respiratory isolation precautions are NOT allowed visitors, but virtual visits are possible when requested. **Exceptions will be made for end of life.
Justified Clinical Restrictions on Patient's Visitation Rights
The hospital may impose justified clinical restrictions on a patient’s visitation rights. When restricting visitation rights, the hospital shall explain to the patient (or support person as applicable) the reasons for the restrictions or limitations on the patient’s visitation rights and how the hospital’s visitation policies are aimed at protecting the health and safety of all patients.
The hospital shall not restrict, limit, or otherwise deny visitation privileges on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
