What is PACES?
PACES is a structured outpatient program providing intensive outpatient services to meet the mental health needs of the community. Our staff consists of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Therapists, Licensed Practical Nurses and Mental Health Technicians.

Who do we serve?
- We assist adults & senior adults experiencing:
- Depression
- Bipolar Disorder
- Anxiety, Excessive Worry, or Panic
- Severe Mood Swings
- Hallucinations or Delusions
- Appetite and Sleep Disturbances
- Other Mood, Behavioral, or Thought Disorders
Our Goal
- To prevent hospitalization
- To assist in the transition from inpatient hospitalization to home
- To encourage independence & improve or maintain function
What's the program like?
The program combines psychotherapy & medication management. Licensed professionals, under the direct supervision of a psychiatrist, provide interventions tailored to each client’s needs. Group, individual, and family therapy are some of the modalities utilized to address stress, anger, anxiety, depression, distorted thinking, and other symptoms disrupting a person’s life.
Who Qualifies?
- Individuals who have had a less intensive from of treatment including medication and/or counseling
- Individuals transitioning from inpatient hospitalization to home
- Individuals who can benefit from and participate in our program
