Job Summary
- Assist nursing in providing the activities of daily living to patients.
- Assist nurses with admitting, transferring, and discharging patients.
- Assist nurses in giving treatments and examining patients.
- Provide personal and hygiene care.
- Perform routine vital sign checks and documentation.
- Assist nursing with intake and output documentation.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Successfully completed a state-approved nurse’s aide training program.
- Maintain current CPR certification.
- Must safely and successfully perform job-related functions per policy and procedures.
- Successfully complete annual evaluation and competencies.
