How do I set up my email software for use with my web site email account?

Your email program will need the following information.


POP3 Server = yourdomainnamehere.com (i.e., kjacommunications.com)
smtp Server = yourdomainnamehere.com (i.e., kjacommunications.com)* Please Read Below
username = yourlogin@yourdomainnamehere.com (i.e., kjaweb@kjaonline.com)
password = (your assigned password)

* if you are using one of the following Internet Service Providers you must use
their SMTP Server.

Provider   SMTP Server
Cox Internet   smtp.cox-internet.com
Bellsouth   mail.bellsouth.net
Network Telephones   mail.networktel.net


Other service providers may also block outgoing mail as cox-internet does.
If you get an error message saying something to the effect of
" NO transport provider for smtp (port 25)" then your service provider has out going
email blocked and you should contact them to determine what the correct smtp server
for your account should be.
